How To Brew Iced Tea:

Steep Tea - Place 1 teabag into a 1L jug. Pour 1L of boiling water (95C) over tea bag, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag, squeezing to ensure your concentrate is full strength.

Dilute - Pour contents for 1L jug into a serving vessel. Dilute using a 3:1 ratio - 3L cold water/ice to 1L of tea concentrate.

Sweeten, Garnish, & Serve - Lightly sweeten to taste. We recommend 1/8c.-1/3c. sweetener to 4L of brewed tea. Liquid cane syrup, honey or agave dissolve best. Garnish with a slice of fresh fruit or fresh mint. Serve over ice.
How To Brew Sun Tea:

Steep tea in sun - Place 1 teabag into a 4L jug. Fill with filtered water. Place in direct sun and steep for 5 hours or t preference. Remove tea bag.
