Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are normally processed within three business days. 

Shipment delivery on weekends or holidays is determined by the carrier.  External circumstances outside of our control may cause longer than usual processing and delivery times.

Any delays and/or service interruptions notification attempts will be made via email to email address submitted with order.

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be available via Canada Post under their terms and conditions.

PO boxes must use Canada Post as courier to avoid shipping overcharges.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Our system should provide you a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Storehouse Foods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Storehouse Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
