Excellent quality

Wonderful to find a good source of Canadian buckwheat; this will be a staple in my home now. Delicious cooked (I use the 'rice' setting on my instant pot), and as a flour (mere seconds in the coffee grinder!) for baked goods. Seems very fresh, and the flavour is fabulous.
