Black Beluga Lentils

Our Canadian sourced Black Beluga Lentils are a high-quality plant protein, that is high in fiber. Black beluga lentils have a delicate flavour that absorb other flavours well. These lentils will also retain their shape when cooked, unlike red lentils.

Beluga lentils contain anthocyanins, the same powerful antioxidant that is found in blueberries and blackberries.  

The antioxidants are great at preventing damage to cells by free radicals. Our 6lb bags are resealable and will store for 2-3 years in a cool, dry location. 

NOTE: 25 kg product is only available as raw, uncleaned lentils in grain bag.
