Our thick cut, old fashioned rolled oats are sourced and processed right here in Western Canada. Rolled Oats are among the healthiest of the grains, with a well-balanced nutrient composition. Use thick cut rolled oats as a breakfast cereal, or in baking such as cookies, breads and granola. Our rolled outs are packaged in resealable kraft paper bags that will keep moisture out and make storing easy. Please note: Although oats are naturally gluten free, we cannot guarantee that they have not come into contact with other grains containing gluten.

Grown in the Canadian Prairies
Combine 2 parts water, milk or a combination of both to 1 part oats. Over medium low heat, bring to a simmer. Stir frequently. Once the oats begin to soften and liquid thickens, approximately 5 minutes, feel free to add any flavour you desire (salt, honey, fruit etc.). Continue to simmer until it reaches your desired consistency.
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dark, dry location. If properly stored, oats will generally last 2 years.
