Ingredients

Wild mushrooms (porcini, chanterelle, red top), oyster mushrooms, cornstarch, sea salt, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, wild nettle leaf.

Makes 1.5 cups. Ready in 4 mins.

Just add water + cream or dairy substitute.

Serve over potatoes, pasta, veg, or meat. May also be used to add a delicious wild mushroom kick to other sauces / dishes.
