Organic farming is a way of life for the Dosch family since 1960, from wheat and flax to pulse crops in the town of Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan. Their passion in agriculture spurred them to add more value to their home grown ancient Khorasan wheat. This special grain boasts nutrients like no other wheat and less gluten than modern wheat hybrids. This whole-grain snacks pretty much have it all: fiber, essential nutrients (including protein and iron), and rich flavours. It also boasts non-GMO, nut free and roasted in cold-pressed high-oleic safflower oil. With 6 different flavours this delicious snack can also be used on salads, fruit, veggies and more!
