Our Whole Wheat Flour is roller milled using a local, organic wheat called Chinook. This wheat is one of the newer heritage wheats, developed in 1952. It has excellent baking qualities. This roller milled flour contains less bran than a whole grain flour for a slightly lighter texture. To experience the fullest flavour, nutrition and texture in your baked goods, try one of our stoneground, whole grain flours.
