Minestrone Soup

If you’re in a rush, add to 8 cups boiling water, add 1/2 cup salsa, or a can of diced tomatoes. You can also start with 6 cups boiling water, add soup mix, add a cup of clamato and a beer of your liking! Add salt and pepper to taste ~ Enjoy!
