To rehydrate, simply soak the apple slices in a generous amount of water for 5 minutes (hot water yields slightly better results). Afterward, drain the water.

Rehydration Ratio: For every 100g of freeze-dried apples, once rehydrated, you'll have approximately 1kg of freshly prepared sliced apples.
