Our Cranberry beans are sourced from Canadian farmers. Also known as Barlotti beans or Romano beans, these beans have a signature chestnut like flavour and a delicate, creamy texture. Cranberry beans are rich in fiber and iron, and low in fat and sodium. With a low glycemic index, they also are good at helping control blood sugar levels. We package our Cranberry beans in resealable bags, that are perfect for storing in your pantry.

Grown in the Canadian Prairies
It is recommended to soak dried beans overnight. A cold long soak will ensure that they are fully hydrated, and will cook evenly. Place dried beans in a large bowl with enough cold water to cover by 3 inches. Soak at room temperature for 6-8 hours. Drain and rinse before cooking, or using in your recipe. Ideal in soup, chili, baked or in salads and pastas.
Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry location. Suggested use within 2 years.
